Our support staff is available for on-location or remote support. While we joke about being available 23/7 with the 24th hour for much-needed rest, we are in fact available 24/7 to support your needs. We highly recommend scheduling support checkups – prevention is in fact the best medicine when it comes to computers.
All support is performed by Apple Certified Support Professionals. Consultation with technicians holding higher levels of Apple certification, such as Mac OS X Server or Pro Apps certification, are provided on an as needed basis.
